Requirements to Join
We maintain high standards to ensure every placement is successful for both families and nannies. Here’s what we look for:
- Reliability and professionalism
- Strong communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Current paediatric first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent references from previous employers
- Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Minimum 2 years of professional childcare experience
- Genuine passion for working with children
