Registration Fee — £40
A non-refundable registration fee applies to begin the search process. This covers your initial consultation, profile preparation, and candidate shortlisting.
Nanny Pay
Families pay their nanny directly at an agreed gross hourly rate, typically from £18 per hour, depending on experience and requirements.
Placement Fee — 12%
Lewisham Nanny Solutions charges a one-off 12% placement fee, calculated based on the nanny’s agreed annual salary. This fee covers:
- Multi-stage candidate screening and interviews
- Enhanced DBS and reference verification
- Shortlisting and thoughtful matching
- Ongoing support throughout placement
- Replacement guarantee within the agreed period
